Aaron and Byron Shinkle

Cooper Hollow Residential Services

Founded in 2014, Cooper Hollow Residential Services began providing services to three individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Monmouth, Oregon. Currently serving nineteen individuals in 6 locations in Yamhill and Polk County.

Aaron Shinkle

Prior to opening Cooper Hollow, Aaron provided services for intellectually/developmentally disabled adults through his foster home for ten years in Monmouth, Oregon. From there, developed a passion for supporting people that needed assistance in their daily lives.

Byron Shinkle

Serving in the field for over ten years as direct care, Byron attended Willamette University where he earned a Law Degree and took partnership with his brother Aaron in Cooper Hollow Residential Services.
