We pride ourselves on finding innovative, thoughtful and person-centered ways to help each Resident reach that potential, accomplish their goals, and attain the highest quality of life possible.
All of our Individuals are highly capable and independent people. Our responsibility is to recognize their potential, assess what their abilities are, and make up the difference.
We currently support Individuals in both Polk and Yamhill County. We are always looking for highly-motivated employees to help the Individuals live happy, fulfilling lives as valuable members of the community.
